Congratulations to our Winners

There was a fantastic turnout for the 20th Annual Hula Grill Keiki Ukulele Contest.  Keoki Kahumoku started this contest back in 1996 with 30 individuals and 9 groups. For the contest, held October 15th, 22 individuals and 7 groups competed in 4 divisions.  These ukulele players ranged from adorable to fierce, but all had talent! 

Here are the results of the contest:

All contestants took home a commemorative t-shirt designed by Chais Pascua of Baldwin High School, plus great gifts from Local Motion and Maui Jim.  2nd and 3rd place winners took home great prizes like Nixon headphones from Local Motion and new sunglasses from Maui Jim.  First place winners took home a new ukulele from generous sponsor KoAloha Ukulele.  Given away were three Pikake ukuleles, and three Opio ukuleles.
